8 oz jar marshmallow cream
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1 tall can evaporated milk
3 cups chopped pecans
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter, minus 1"
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marshmallow cream, chocolate chips and pecans in a bowl. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk, and bring to a boil. Cook for 7 1/2 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over marshmallow mixture and beat to mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper, or pour into greased pans and allow to cool.
