1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
2 cups A to Z (A to Z ingredients of your choice)
Apples, peeled and shredded
Applesauce
Apricots (dried), chopped
Bananas (ripe), mashed
Carrots, shredded
Coconut
Dates, pitted and chopped
Figs (dried), chopped
Grapes (seedless), chopped
Oranges, peeled and chopped
Peaches, peeled and chopped
Pears, peeled and chopped
Pineapple (canned), crushed and drained
Dried plums, pitted and chopped
Pumpkin, canned
Raisins
Raspberries, unsweetened fresh or frozen
Rhubarb, chopped fresh or frozen
Strawberries, fresh or frozen
Sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
Zucchini, peeled and grated
3 tsp. vanilla)
1 cup chopped nuts

Sift dry ingredients and add set aside. Beat eggs in large bowl; add butter, shortening, and sugar cream well. Add A to Z and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts spoon into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven at 325º for 1 hour or until center comes out clean
