6 cups Scalded milk (2 cans milk & 3 cups water equals 6 cups scalded milk)
6 cups or more cold water
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tsp. salt (taste for salty sweet)
1 lb. margarine, butter or 2 cups shortening
4 packages yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup warm water
about 24 cups flour

Make like any bread recipe. One big ball knead the heck out of it. Have fun! It is good to eat warm or cold.
