1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 block cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. almond bark

Directions:

Blend Oreos and cream cheese in a food processor until a "dough" forms. Roll mixture into 1-in. balls and freeze for 1/2-1 hr. Follow melting directions on almond bark package, and carefully dip frozen balls in melted bark. Place coated truffles on plate or baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Sprinkle with candy, nuts, sprinkles, if desired, while coating is still wet. Refrigerate until set, and store in fridge.

For holiday truffles: use mint Oreos and white almond bark. Sprinkle truffles with crushed peppermint candy.
