1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter
2 c. milk
1 - 6 oz. can green chiles
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain, add onion and cook until tender. Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese. Heat tortillas until soft. Fill each tortilla with meat/cheese mixture. Roll up and put in baking dish. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in green chiles and Velveeta cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Pour over tortillas and bake at 350º for 20-30 min.
