3 C shredded Zucchini
1 C bisquick
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
2 T chopped parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic
1/2 C oil
4 eggs
1 C chopped pepperoni

Directions:

Mix all ingredient in bowl and pour into a greased 9x13 casserole Bake @ 350 degree 25 to 30 min. or till golden brown.
