1 cup uncooked rice ( quick cooking)
1 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c water
1 chicken or parts of chicken
salt and pepper
1/2 Pkg dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place rice in bottom of shallow, greased baking pan. Combine cream of chicken soup and water. Pour some of soup mixture over rice and let stand a few minutes. Place chicken pieces on top of rice. Salt and pepper chicken and then pour remaining soup mixture over it. Top with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil, place in oven and forget about it for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
