Ingredients:  
1 to 2 cans white beans
6 cups of chicken broth
4 T butter
1 T garlic
1/24 cup diced onion
1 can Rotel ( I use mild but you can use hot if that is your taste)
4 chicken thighs cooked and cubed (or any chicken part that you prefer)
1 1/2 T cumin
1 T oregano
1 to 2 t black pepper
3/4 t white pepper

In a saucepan, heat butter, garlic, onion and ROTFL. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Service with cornbread.
