Mix together:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
4- 5 T flour
1 t salt

Beat together:

4 egg yolks
2 cups milk

In an iron skillet on low to medium heat, melt 6 T butter. Add sugar mixture to skillet and stir well. Add milk-egg mixture a little at a time, stirring constantly. Cook slowly until mixture thickens. Add 1 t vanilla. Stir well. Pour into a baked deep dish pie crust.
