1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small can green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 can red enchilada sauce
corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown meat with onions, garlic, and green chilies. Drain. Add soup, sauce, and milk. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. In a separate pan, soften tortillas by dipping in hot oil for a few seconds. Roll cheese in tortillas and place carefully in simmering sauce. Top with remaining grated cheese. cover and cook 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
