1 round steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
garlic powder
cornstarch
hot, cooked rice
Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into thin strips. Brown meat. Add soy sauce, garlic powder and enough water to cover the meat. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Thicken with cornstarch mixed in cold water. Serve over rice.
