6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
4 oz can sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 small can evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Partially bake pie crust (about 6 minutes). Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325º. In a mixing bowl, combine bacon, mushrooms, cheese, onion, flour, garlic, and salt. Spoon mixture into hot pie crust. Beat eggs and milk together and pour into pie crust. Bake on cookie sheet for 55-60 minutes, or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
