1 pkg dried beef
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1/8 tsp pepper
2 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter stir in flour and pepper. Gradually add milk. Stir constantly until thickened. Add dried beef and simmer 5 minutes

Server over toast.
