2-1/2 c. Herb Flavored Croutons
2 c. Shredded Sharp Cheddar
8 oz. Can Sliced Mushrooms, drained
1 lb. Bulk Sausage, cooked and drained

6 Eggs, beaten
2-1/2 c. Milk
1/4 t. Dry Mustard
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

In a greased 9 x 13 pan, layer the croutons, then the mushrooms, and finally, the sausage. Beat together the remaining four ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 300º. Check the center with knife for doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
