7 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp. sugar
4 cups of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
16 oz. container of small curd cottage cheese
2/3 cup butter or margarine melted
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a casserole dish. Beat together eggs, milk, and sugar. Add cheeses and melted butter and mix well. Stir in flour and baking powder and pour into a prepared dish.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squared and serve.

Great to serve warm at big brunch time. I use it alot for Sunday School and Christmas time to take to work.
You can mix up night before and then take it out of refrig. the next more and pour into baking dish and bake. * try to let it get close to room temperature before cooking that way.
