1 C. Persimmon Pulp,
1 C. Sugar,
1 tsp. Baking Soda,
1/2 C. Shortning,
1 egg--beaten,
2 C. Flour,
1 tsp. Cinnamon,
1 C. Nuts,
1 C. Raisons,
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg,
1/2 tsp. Cloves,
1/2 tsp. Salt.

Preheat oven 375
Beat 1st four ingredients until creamy. Add egg,flour, spices, nuts and raisons. Drop by spoon fulls onto greased Cookie Sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 Minutes.
