1/2 lb. ground chuck
beef broth or consommé
4 large potatoes
1/2 of green bell pepper
1 tsp. butter
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in beef broth or consommé and drain when tender with fork. Mash potatoes using butter and milk. Make potatoes soupy. In microwave bowl add butter and bell pepper and cook 1 minute until tender and add to cooked and drained meat. Stir meat and potatoes together and top with cheese or layer your meat, then potatoes, then cheese. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

This makes 1 large 10 by 13 or 2- 8 by 10 dishes. You can also double wrap and freeze. Keeps up to one month. Just thaw and heat up in oven.
