2- 4 boneless chicken breasts flattened
salt and pepper
1TBS of oil
1- 10oz of thawed broccoli florets cooked about 2 minutes in skillet.
1 tsp. dried basil
2/3 cup of chicken broth
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
angel hair pasta
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Season chicken and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken.Use same skillet to stir fry broccoli in skillet for about 2 minutes. Add basil and 2/3 cups of chicken broth and chicken and cook covered for about 2 -3 more minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and simmer 2-3 more minutes. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta. To cook pasta use half water and half broth and 1 tsp. of olive oil. Drain pasta and top with chicken and more Parmesan cheese. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
