1 TBS. of cooking oil
4 boneless and skinless chicken breast or thighs
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with seasoning salt and poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Brown chicken in large skillet and drain off any fat. Then mix in separate bowl the soup and milk.
Add to chicken in place back in skillet and cook and cover on low for 10- 15 minutes until chicken is done. You can also bake in 350º oven for 20 minutes. Serve with cooked rice, noodles, or potatoes.

When I cook rice to go with this, I cook with chicken broth instead of water. This makes a quick meal.
