4 to 5 squash
1/2 chopped onion
1 beaten egg
3 TBS of melted butter
3/4 cup of cheese
3/4 cup of Ritz crackers( crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and boil squash and onion until tender. Drain and add butter, salt, pepper, egg, cheese, and crackers. Bake in 8 by 10 dish at for 25 min. uncovered. Top with cheese and cook for 5 more minutes.
