1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or salt) with parsley
4 chicken breasts, bone-in or boneless

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag to shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken is evenly coated. In a 13x9 pan, arrange chicken, breast side up; discard bag. Bake uncovered 45 min. or until chicken is no longer pink, basting halfway through. Serve with noodles or rice and a green salad.
