"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large, (or two small), packages of Jello Berry BLUE gelatin dessert
2 cups boiling water
ice cubes and enough cold water to fill a measuring cup to the 2 cup mark
gummy fish

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the gelatin powder in the boiling water. Take a measuring cup and put in the ice cubes then add enough cold water to fill the cup evenly up to the 2 cup mark. The more ice cubes and less water, the better. Add the ice cubes & cold water to the dissolved gelatin, stirring it until the gelatin thickens slightly and all the ice is melted.. Spoon it into to clear sided bowls. Poke a gummy fish into each dish of slightly thickened gelatin. If it sinks to the bottom, let the gelatin sit a little while longer so it will get thicker. If it doesn't sink, or after it's a little thicker, poke in some more gummy fish, as many as you want. Refrigerate until it's set.
