½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans, chopped fine
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Combine first 3 ingredients and blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients just until dough holds together. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place each ball 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and roll into powdered sugar. When cool, roll in powdered sugar again.
