2 lbs pork spareribs
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp dry sherry
½ cup chicken broth
1/8 tsp 5-spices powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat between bones with a sharp knife almost to the base so that pieces are lightly joined together. Blend together remaining ingredients and put in crock pot with the meat, making sure all meat is covered. Cook on low all night. In the morning, turn off heat, and let meat cool. Refrigerate. Right before serving, place meat under broiler or under a gas grill on high for about 5-10 minutes, turning until browned on both sides.
