2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
1/2 c. pecan, chopped
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. white sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. orange juice

Glaze:
1c. powder sugar
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 9"x5" loaf pan.
Wisk together first four ingredients. Stir in orange zest, cranberries and pecans. Set aside. In a large bowl cream butter, sugar and egg. Stir in OJ. Stir in flour mixture until just moistened. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes and turn out onto wire rack to cool. Top with orange glaze if desired.
