1 large can red or pink salmon
1 pkg. Surimi (fish paste at KTA) (use the liquid)
1 container tofu
1 red onion, finely chopped (2/3)
3 green onions, finely chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Surimi in mixing bowl. Add tofu (first boil for about one minute to sanitize, drain and mash) and salmon, blend well. Add onions and mix. Make small patties and fry with very little grapeseed or olive oil. Very good.

*You can use 2 containers Surimi to stretch the recipe.
