8 ounces uncooked egg noodles
1 (8 ounce) ring kielbasa or smoked sausage
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

Cut sausage into 1/2- to 1-inch pieces. In large skillet, cook sausage until hot. Remove from pan. Cover to keep warm.

Using the same skillet sausage was cooked in, melt butter. Add flour; mix well. Add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cooked noodles, sausage and remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until heated and combined.
