2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple in natural juice (do not drain)
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup coconut
1 Tbsp oil

In large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients. Mix by hand; do not use electric mixer. Pour in ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins.
