2/3 cups of butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1 3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Extra powdered sugar to roll cookies in
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add other ingredients and work with fingers until well blended. Pinch off a little and roll into balls the size of large marbles. Bake on prepared cookie sheet in 375º oven for 10 minutes or until slightly browned. When slightly cooled roll in powdered sugar.
