Ingredients:  
Several slices deli ham, turkey or beef.
(Buy packages of pre-sliced deli meats or have deli slice on #10)
cream cheese, softened
chopped olives
chopped chives
seasonings of choice
dash of hot sauce if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, olives, chives, and seasonings. Spread a thin layer of mixture on meat slices. Roll up each slice jelly roll fashion. Chill 24 hours.
When ready to serve, slice each roll on a diagonal, 2-3 slices per each roll.
