2 graham wafer crusts
1 pkg strawberry gelatin
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
1 container of cottage cheese
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 container cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Gelatin with hot water, then stir in cold water
Divide into two bowls.
In one of the bowls, add cottage cheese
Pour gelatin and cheese mixture into two wafer crusts
Add fresh strawberries
Pour the other bowl of gelatin over the strawberries
Place into refrigerator
When set, top with cool whip and serve
