6 T unsalted butter
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c water
1 T chili powder
1 1/2 t salt
1 t ground cumin
1 t oregano
1/2 t ground black pepper
1/4 t cayenne pepper
2 c walnut halves
2 c pecan halves
2 c whole almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, water, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Stir for 1 minute or until the sugar dissolves. Add the walnuts, pecans and almonds. Stir 2 minutes or until the butter coats the nuts.
Spread the nuts in a single layer on a large baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 300º for 25 minutes or until the nuts are glazed and deep brown, stirring often. Cool completely on the baking sheet, stirring occasionally.
