1 slice of "alone time" as needed
All the nutritious food you need

This dish starts with a basic recipe of food, water, shelter and space. After these needs are met, combine above ingredients in proportion to individual taste. Check often while cooking. When needed, learn from mistakes made in your preparation. Keep basting with love and caring until finished.
This recipe results in a happy family, good friends, good health, and wisdom. Serves all.

This was a recipe my class came up with in 2009 for Liberty Magnet's PTA cookbook. We had fun coming up with all the ingredients and I think the kids did a great job with figuring out ingredients for a successful and happy life.
