2 t vinegar
1 c sugar
1/2 c water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/8 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together and heat slowly until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil stirring constantly. DO NOT STIR AFTER REACHES BOIL.

Done when reaches 255 degrees on candy thermometer or hard ball in ice water. Mixture should be hard, almost cracking on end of spoon.
