4 eggs
1 ½ c milk
2 tbsp flour
Salt & pepper
3 7oz cans whole green chilies, split open
5-6 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 9x13 glass dish. Beat first 5 things in bowl. Arrange chilies from 1 can in prepared dish, cover bottom completely.
Layer: Chili’s Shredded cheese

Once layered, pour egg mixture over cheese. Let stand 30 minutes. Can be made the day before, just cover and refrigerate.

Bake at 350 degrees about 40-45 minutes – or until middle is puffy and brown on edges - cool 20 minutes.
