Ingredients:  
3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder – cut into bite size pieces
28 oz. can of green enchilada sauce
7 oz can diced green chilies
1 tsp cumin
Pinch salt & pepper
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 med onion (diced small)
½ bottle beer
1 med size sour cream (1 cup in chili verde /rest for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1)Saute onions and garlic – when done throw in crock pot
2)In same pan, brown all sides of meat pieces – when done throw in crock pot
3)Deglaze pan with beer – when done throw in crock pot
4)Pour enchilada sauce, green chilies, cumin, salt and pepper
5)***Stir well – cook on high for 1 hr. then turn down to low for 7 hrs
6) Stir in 1 cup of sour cream – mix well

*** Extras: tortillas, sour cream, shredded cheese, refried beans, Spanish rice or tortilla chips
