1/2 lb. (8 oz.) soft margarine
2 cups white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp, almond extract
4 lg. eggs
2 1/2-3 cups flour
1 can pie filling ( cherry, apple, etc.)
Glaze:
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. margarine
2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Cream together margarine, vanilla and almond. add sugar. Beat well. Beat in 1 egg at a time. add flour. mix well. (Batter will be soft). Spread out 2/3 of batter evenly onto cookie sheet. Spread on pie filling. Drop remaining batter over filling randomly. Bake 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown. Mix together glaze ingredients. Drizzle over hot cooked pan.
