2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salted butter (softened)
2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar and salt. Mix in vanilla and butter with flour cutter. Add nuts. Roll 1/2 inch balls. Bake on greased sheet for 20-25 minutes at 300 degrees. While hot, drop cookies in powdered sugar to coat and place on tray.

I use a zipped lock bag with sugar to coat hot cookies.
