1 large head of cauliflower, cored and cut into small florets
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, heavy cream, flour, and ¾ cup of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer mixture to a lightly buttered 2-quart baking dish, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and the remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over cauliflower, dot with butter pieces, and bake uncovered until the topping is golden brown and cauliflower is tender when pierced with a fork (10 to 15 minutes).
