Frozen bread dough
slicing pepperoni
provolone cheese
3 eggs
oregano
Parmesan cheese
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost dough
Brush rolling pin and cutting board with melted butter so it wont stick.
Cut each loaf in half and roll out 1 half .
Mix eggs,parmesan,and oregano in bowl.
Brush rolled out dough with egg mixture
cover with pepperoni and then the cheese.
Roll up and seal ends
Put in loaf pan and brush with egg mixture
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Repeat for remain loafs of dough.
2 lbs of pepperoni and 2 1/2 lbs provolone will make 6 breads.
You can also make this with Prucuitt and extra sharp provolone.
