Bananas quartered
Enough butter to fry bananas
Seasoning of choice: nutmeg or cinnamon
Top with ice cream or Cool Whip

Directions:
Fry bananas in butter until slightly browned on each side. Bananas will tear easily so use a pancake turner to handle them. Sprinkle with seasoning of choice and serve warm.
