2 1/2 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp oil
1 sm can tomato sauce
1 lg can tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp Italian dressing
thyme
garlic powder
bay leaf
chives
sugar
oregano
Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, set aside
In oil, cook onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms
Add the ground beef, tomato sauce, tomatoes, tomato soup, Italian dressing and spices
Simmer until thick
