2 cups spinach
about 1 cup milk or cream
1 can crabmeat
6 oz lasagna
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter (divided)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp dill
2 tbsp sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Cook spinach, add 1 tbsp of the butter, salt and pepper. Set aside
In a small pot, melt the other tbsp butter.
Add 3 tbsp flour.
Slowly stir in milk until it makes a thick sauce
Add dill and sherry to sauce
In a greased dish, Layer Spinach, then crabmeat (drained), then lasagna, then sauce. Repeat.
Top with grated cheese
Bake covered for 20 minutes
Then uncovered for 10 minutes more
