1 Bag Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Stick Butter, melted
1 16oz. Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Onion, chopped
3 to 4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Stir together thawed hash browns, salt and pepper, melted butter, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion and 2 cups cheddar. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Add 1 to 1.5 cups cheddar to top and bake additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
