1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
1 - 8 oz. carrots, quartered lengthwise
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 c. pure maple syrup
1 T. apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.

Line a baking sheet with foil. Combine green beans and carrots on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper, tossing gently to coat. Bake for 10 minutes.

Drizzle with syrup and vinegar; bake for 5 minutes longer or to desired degree of tenderness.
