15 oz. cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. olive oil, plus 4 T.
1/4 c. fresh Italian parsley leaves
6 pita rounds
1 tsp. dried oregano

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400º.

Place beans, garlic, lemon juice, 1/3 c. olive oil and parsley in food processor. Pulse until mixture is coarsely chopped. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to serving bowl.

To Bake PIta Rounds: Cut each pita in half and brush with 4 T. olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Cut into wedges and bake on foil lined cookie sheet for 8 - 12 minutes until toasted. Serve warm with bean dip.
