Squash 2-3 lb. Can use butternut or acorn
2 T. butter
1/4 c. OJ
1 T. orange zest
1/3 c. brown sugar
Dash salt

3/4 c. ground pecans
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350º.
Cut squash in half and roast 45 min.
Spoon out and add butter, sugar, orange, salt.

Pecan crust: mix butter and sugar. Then add pecans and flour and salt. Mix.
Put crust on top of squash in casserole dish and bake 25 min.
