1-3 lb. roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 soup can water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
small potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Peel a strip across the middle portion of the potatoes and arrange them around your roast in a roasting pan. Combine soup mix, soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and 57 sauce and pour over roast and potatoes. Bake at 350º for 3 hours.
