2 C sugar
1 C. oleo (2Sticks)
2 eggs
1 C. plus 2T. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
6 C. flour (use 5 cups in cookie dough and 1 cup to roll out cookies)
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the sugar and oleo., then add the eggs beating well. Then add 1/2 of the buttermilk to the egg mixture. Then add 1 tsp. baking soda to the remaining buttermilk. You will then add alternatly the flour and buttermilk. Chill dough WELL!!

Bake at 450 degrees at 5 minutes. It is unusual, but is great and fast. You will have to watch your ovens and adjust accordingly.
