Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was my late mother's recipe. We have no idea where she got the name or what it means. But we are sure she invented a moniker that would make her humble dish seem a lot more exotic. She was the kind of person to make up extraordinary names for quite ordinary things, just to make life more interesting.
